Second International Online Language Conference (IOLC 2009) is a two-day conference aiming to provide a forum for academics, practitioners, consultants and  students to debate current international issues and challenges in the broad area of language learning and teaching. This is an Online Conference, which merely takes place online, allowing you to save accommodation and flight expenses.

Conference Objectives include (but are not limited to):

• Provide a platform for meaningful discussion on current issues related to the theme of the conference
• Establishing links among academics and to promote collaboration between participants
• Providing a platform for language educators, academicians, and researchers from diverse cultural backgrounds to exchange ideas and best practices for effective language teaching and learning.
• Keeping abreast with the latest developments in languages, literatures and cultures
• Promoting better understanding of cultural diversity in language learning
• Encouraging language educators to be involved in the research process, in order to achieve Comprehensive Excellence.
• Producing a collection of scholarly papers presented at the conference addressing the emerging and important issue in language teaching and learning
